I am following up with cannam for the last two years and i am yet to hear from them on my refund. They say each time that its pending with the immigration department of australia. When i contacted the immigration department directly they responded promptly, saying the refund request wasn’t received.
I have called them several times and i receive the same response saying that they haven’t heard from the immigration department in australia.
