I booked L7 berth from Bangalore to Coimbatore for travel on 2nd Nov 2021 through redbus app. While boarding bus, staff told my seat was changed to L16 which is the last seat(drivers used to take rest) & not cleaned. I requested him to give the seat which I booked for that he denied & behaved like rowdy, asking me to travel if needed or talk to redbus.
This is totally unacceptable from this travels & staffs. Very worst. Further I won’t recommend my friends circle also not to travel in this. I will take this to social media
