Please note that you have not paid my May 2019 month Salary as of today 14.03.2021 according to employment aggrement contract
compensation clause 2 signed with you as per BCPL/17/18-19 dated 26.10.2018 as of today 14.03.2021 as per labour laws, leave policy, court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction provisions, legal civil court terms & human
rights commission laws.
I have not paid monthly on or around the 10th day of each month and paid directly into my Syndicate bank A/c Kulkarni R N Syndicate Bank
SB A/c IFSC SYNB0001701. Working hours/day from 8 AM to 9 PM inclusive of lunch break from Monday to Sunday (more than 12
hours/day work has been carried out) refer Driver Krishna’s log book and all Govt & Company, s Public Holidays & Festivals work has been carried out refer Attendance Register from Day one 01.11.2018 to 31.10.2019.
With reference to EMPLOYMENT AGGREMENT CONTRACT Clause 1Ref BPCL/17/18-19 DT 26.10.2018 reported for duty on 01.11.2018 where as
you have mentioned date as 03.11.2018. Defferred days/date not compensated as on 14.03.2021.
Clause 2 fixed consolidated take home salary Rs.20, 000/- per month where as you have paid only Rs.19511/-per month and Rs.489/- deducted
without giving any reason as on date 14.03.2021.
Clause 3 Working hours from 8 AM to 9 PM work has been carried out from Monday to Sunday inclusive of lunch break where as working
hours/day mentioned in contract from 9 AM to 6 PM inclusive of lunch break from Monday to Saturday only. Defferred hours/day
has not paid as on date 14.03.2021.
Clause 4 Annual leave and holidays entitled as per company leave policy no leave per year list not given nor compensated nor eligible
leaves paid after completion of probation period nor contract duration completion paid by company as on date 14.03.2021.
Clause 5 Medical benefits not given after completion of probation period nor medical card insurance card and hospitalization scheme card
not given nor paid as on date 14.03.2021.
Transportation from Zonal office to Cheers Breverage Project Kadakola and back to Mysore Zonal office is not given upto completion of
contract period 31.10.2019 nor compensated nor paid as on date 14.03.2021.
Note : Employment Aggrement Contract Ref BPCL/17/18-19 DT 26.10.2018 duly signed by Dr Raghavendra Prasad M D, Managing Director and
Mr Mallikarjuna D S Chief Executive Officer without Leave Policy is given to me on 30/01/2019 only when I requested the Employment Aggrement
