One of my customer is not paid the amount through bank.. Then the bajaj offc call the customer to give them the money with fine amount.. The customer told “i give u money after 2 days bcz bank holidays”… But the collection boy not listen and go to the customer house and creat scene in his house.. The hole area comes out fem home.. They want to know what happend… So i m telling that this is in your rules??? Why the collection boy do this??
When i told to the bajaj offc they also told me they need money right now… That is not a sytemetic process… The customer is very close to me.. He did not come again to buy something from me… I need ans why your offc doing this.. Ans the customer also want to know this.. U lose ur customer… Nothing more
