Sir,
This is to kindly say that, i have booked a flat in gulmohar projects of bacm projects pvt ltd, by paying an advance amount of rs 50, 000 at the office address given below and have visited the location of the project (Fifty thousand rupees) (Sbi money transfer statement and money receipt attached). However, i cancelled my booking due to falsifying the information by the staff at the time of booking, and the project was hell and heaven differed from what was commited to us and claim refund of booking amount. I had several conversation with the sales department of bacm projects through e-mail (E-mail conversation attached)
I have received mail regarding refund of booking from sales team of bacm projects, but they have not initiated the refund even after 7 months of cancellation.
The address where i made booking in gulmohar project, bacm projects pvt ltd is given below:
Office space no – 306, 3rd floor, ps ixl, blocka, atghora,
New town, kolkata-700136 (Nestwood estate)
However, in the money receipt the same office address is given for bacm projects pvt ltd.
It is my humble and earnest request to kindly direct the concerned enforcement mechanism to expedite the matter of refund of my hard earned money.
