I had a personal loan in axis Bank. I had been asked to pay charges of 50000 including charges and GST.
This was not informed while processing the loan and we specifically asked them whether it any charges PreClosure/part payment. They said no but when I pay part payment they deducted 50, 000 amount as charges. This is high amount also they haven’t intimated it earlier.
This is worst from axis Bank and it’s not acceptable
Kindly request you to take action on it or else I will proceed legally.
