Hi sanket here to register my complain for trip to thailand.
Sorry to say but this was one of the terrible experience i had. It was my honeymoon trip and a day was totally wasted because of lethargic approach of travel traingle whatsapp team.
Instead of morning ferry an evening ferry was booked and i lost my day. They also said refund will be done and took all the details from me and now they are saying refund isn’t possible. I was just asking refund of the hotel day i lost which is around 8, 000 per night.
I have had few trips before and this was just the worst one and no one is replying properly in the whatsapp group. I seriously have lost the faith in this holiday channel.
Everyone is putting blame on one another and no one is up to take the responsibility the simple reason because it’s my money and not theirs. I was given a written commitment that the morning ferry is booked well in advance and during the trip just few hours before travel they provide me with the evening ferry and give the reason o[censored]navailability of seats, which should have been done well in advance.
