My name is kamran naik iam a normal customer of aofy gold. And wanted to become a vip customer.
Unfortunately i have changed my mind because one of your customer care named ahmed from mumbai misbehaved me and did a wrong trade deliberately to make my balance hit
I just had a small argument and he at the same time logged in to my account and used my balance of 1800 inr and made a wrong investment purposely without asking me. Iam sharing the screen shot how he humiliated me on chat when i did not receive his call after a small argument. Is this the way to treat your customers?. The amount does not matter but how did he trade without asking me just to take a revenge.
I spoke to the manager shoeb ansari a very kind person and wanted to pacify the situation but this guy ahmed won’t listen instead when i called him he again started misbehaving with me i scolded him and disconnected the call. Please find the attached screen shot of my conversation with him and how did he misbehaved with me. I would request you to please ask someone who can translate the screen shots so you will understand what have i gone through and who is going to pay for my loss.
