I had given a deposit for rs 2500/- as documentation fee which they didn’t give a receipt for and was told would be non-refundable. I agreed to this.
They had promised ielts coaching with my preferred timing and also all other services for rs 25, 000/- which they promised would be refundable if i was unable to get the said services. I paid the amount almost 9 months ago and they gave a list of colleges a week after that. The colleges were not good and did not meet any of the conditions i had mentioned at the time of joining.
They also failed to provide the promised ielts coaching saying the institute was not available now. I waited for months and they didn’t give any other options either.
I had requested a refund and then they said the amount was non-refundable. I objected to this and they said i would have to e-mail the management. I did so with no response for weeks. Later when i tried to call them they would not pick up calls from my number and would not meet with me. I have lost my money and time.
