Hello, I am Joshua, just wanted get introduced once again coz you might not know or forgotten. Last year i.e. in the month of March I visited your Consultancy for Australian Immigration (after enquiring and Verifying a lot of consultancies I chose your Consultancy thinking it’s genuine). I invested my hard earned money for immigration almost 2 lakh ( paid 90, 000 for your consultancy including tax and 30, 000 for ACS and written IELTS 3 times and PTE one time) more importantly time, when I first visited your consultancy you people said 6 in IELTS is ok where State Sponsorship can be applied. THINKING YOUR CONSULTANCY IS GOOD I REFERRED 2 OF MY COLLEGUES. I GAVE BUSINESS and you gave STRESS. As per the agreement, if my EOI is not lodged I am supposed to get refund of 40, 000. When I ask that now, you people are saying that I will not get any refund as I don’t have 7 in IELTS. Then why did you people say that IELTS 6 is enough ( I HAVE 6 in EACH BAND) or did you mention that IELTS 7 is mandate in the agreement. BELOW ARE MY QUESTIONS – PLEASE ANSWER. DID YOU CHARGE 90, 000 (with tax) for completing my ACS? Coz it’s the only thing done by you people. IS THERE ANY CLAUSE THAT IELTS 7 is MANDATORY IN THE AGREEMENT? Also, one gentleman (Mr. Akbar) who is very good in English (Believe he can get 7 in IELTS in each Band), spoke to me once and that said I will not get any refund but I will get some referral bonus. He said he will call me back and it’s been almost 2 months (still waiting for his call) I DONOT WANT ANY REFERRAL BONUS, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS PER AGREEMENT. AND I AM NOT GREEDY TO ASK THE WHOLE MONEY, IT’S MY FATE THAT I DIDN’T QUALIFY BUT I EXPECT MY 40, 000 AS PER AGREEMENT. ONCE AGAIN I AM SAYING, IT’S MY HARD EARNED MONEY. BECAUSE OF MY FATE I LEFT WHAT I SPENT ON AUSTRALIAN IMMIGRATION BUT I WILL NOT LEAVE MY 40, 000 WHICH I AM SUPPOSED TO GET AS PER AGREEMENT. Thank you.
