This person Sunil Pandit , Monish Pandit and Vad Rajesh Pandit the entire family are a bunch of fraudsters, I have met with a similar fate as you and lost lakhs of rupees of investments with this builder under the name of Aayush Capitals and is no where to find. They are trading as Sakaar Olive and Splendora.
Please , please, please do not make any investments to any schemes current or new schemes put forward by this person and or his family otherwise you will loose all your money.
