Star inn suites and retreat limited is one of the worst company/hospitality ever. They promise all 4 and 5 star stays but none of them are actually. It’s better to buy the hotels they have mentioned in their properties on your own because that will cost you cheaper. Every time there is some new policy to make you pay more. Some hidden charges always.
They are not worth it, the money or the trust.
