They are calling me multiple times for the loan taken, before that i have told them that its taken for a course and i have not attended the course as i have multiple issues with the training company intellipaat, i have explained numerous times to zest team that there is a issue to be addressed with the training team but they only follow up on money payments, being a finance company its their job to do, but there is no process or set up where a user grievance can be addressed, they have a poor customer service who just call for money, the course that i enrolled is utterly a flop which i dint attend a single class and it was cancelled, both the parties are not in liaison on the changes happened in the course. and they end up torturing customers by just calling. i request and plead to support me to solve this case
