4-JULY-2022 — Enrolled for AWS Course with Edureka
5-JULY- 2022 — Didn’t like tutor’s methodology & asked to ADNAN(EDUREKA) for other tutors recording so can switch batch and he has no recording because tutor was new, so I asked him, how to get my money back and he asked me to join next week batch – which was on 9-JULY-2022
10-JULY-2022 – I have again asked refund as tutor was not good and ADNAN asked to contact support, since then I am trying to get refund
In between they called me and shared tutor GAURAV’s recording and asked to join training on 15-AUG-2022
I liked Gaurav’s demo recording video and agreed but now GAURAV is not going to take 15-AUG-2022 batch so I am asking again for refund.
But they are saying its against refund policy.
