Simplilearn SimpliLearn lied to me and they are not refunding my money for a training that I did not take

I was contacted by SimpliLearn account manager Gurpreet Singh to buy the CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) training+certification.
I was very clear that I did not have any availability and I informed him that if i apply to ANY training it must be taken on my on pace (i.e. the training should be available to be recorded and I would choose whenever to consume it).

He ensured and CONFIRMED to me that i could take the training on my own pace (no need to be in live sessions at all).

I paid for the CSPO training based on the confirmation provided by Gurpreet.

Then I received an email REQUESTING me to be 2 full days present, with camera on, to take the training.

I did not agree, contacted Gurpreet and request the refund.

Until this date, the refund HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED. And SimpliLearn has told me that the refund was NOT approved.

I do not believe this is the quality that SimpliLearn Leadership is looking for.
