Sir, this is katchi mohammed had availed loan with you earlier wide loan account no shlhtiru0000078 for 10.43lakhs which has got closed against a cheque dated and subsequently documents was also received on 15/04/2017. But so far modt discharge has not been done as i have to submit the same to other hfc where i have availed take over + top up loan. Whenever i had been to your tirunelveli branch there were no response.
Kindly look in to this issue and resolve it
Otherwise it will be escalated to your regulator
