My loan account No.4857704, maruti swift car 2017 model is seized by agents without giving any intimation. I had 3 emi pending during sezing, suddenly without any notice they seized my car and that time I requested them i wl pay one EMI immediately and balance I request to pay within 48 hrs but seizing people they dint bother about my words because they wl get commision if they seize a car and they are not given any letter for seizing, this is very bad
Pls kindly i want seizied letter from your mahindra finance immediately other wise I file a case against company regarding these, who wl be responsibility if any parts of car is stolen or something happens. Let them give a letter for me for seizeing immediately.
