Hi,
I availed a loan of Rs. 236000/- for 15 months and I was taught by the executive that I can close this loan anytime without any foreclosure charges during the tenure. However same was mentioned in agreement also. Now I wanna close this loan and this company is charging unnecessary full Interest charges. I have paid the interest along with the EMI every week as per loan schedule. Company Executive now says that i have to pay the whole interest whether i use the loan or repay before time. They washed my brain that I can close anytime and same was mentioned in sanction and agreement also and now their way of talking is very unprofessional.
Please help me out to close this loan.
