I have made a part pre payment of 30, 000 which is 20 percent of my loan amount on feb14th 2022. I requested for reduction of my EMI with revised repayment schedule providing all the payment details like payment screen shot along with UPI Transaction number. Still that payment is not updated in your system as per the conversation I had with customer service many times. It’s been one month.. Refund my paid amount along with interest.After multiple followups through email. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
