Harsha from this consultancy contacted me to help me in arranging visa for Hong Kong. For that, they asked me to pay Rs.45, 000.00 Plus Service tax as their fee. She confirmed that this is only fee that I have to pay, rest all expenses will be borne by the employer who’ll provide job and sponsor work permit to me.
First I hesitate to pay Rs.45, 000.00 in advance, so she asked me to pay Rs.23, 000.00 and balance in next month instalment. I paid Rs.23, 000.00, till that time neither they shared their agreement nor the list of requirement with me. I keep on asking for the contract, however until they got the money they didn’t share the contract with me.
The terms of the agreement was totally in favour of them and against third party so I didn’t signed the agreement and asked them to refund my money as I found them fraud agency.
They refused to refund my money and stop answering my phone call and my emails.
Finally, I had to hire one lawyer (happen to be a female lawyer) to file case against them. She send two notices to them, at second notice they hired “Bharat Deep Singh”, a lawyer working at Tis-Hazari Court Delhi. He had threaten her (my lawyer) not to pursue this case otherwise, he’ll bring harm to her. So she, requested me to take my case to some other lawyer as she don’t want to get into trouble.
After a month later, she advice to accept Rs.20, 000.00 and close the case. Since, I got transferred to other state, I had agreed to accept Rs.20, 000.00 and settle the claim. Now, this Consultant “Foresee Immigration” guys are asking me to visit there office to meet personally otherwise they’ll not refund the money. Now, I have to spend another 10-15K to visit Delhi-stay and wait if they will actually refund or beat me with the help of their goon’s.
