I had filed my file for canada from (NEXT mmigration Patiala) in Jaunuary 2020 for which I paid them 25000 their fees 35000 college admission fees and 5 lakh 40 thousand college fees. But my file was rejected in September 2020 and a month later they promised to refund my fee but when the fee was not refunded and when I went to their office I was given a check dated April 2021. When I contacted one of their officers (Jaswinder singh) before depositing the check in the bank, he advised me not to apply the check due to office closure due to lockdown.I obey their officer that i did not deposit the check in the bank but after that when I tried to contact him, all the numbers were blocked by them and after that the date of the check expired I was given 15 days by their officer(jaswinder singh) but every time their officer(jaswinder singh) gave me excuses to be avoided. After that when I saw no solution I told them about committing suicide.After which they gave me a new check dated January 2022. That check has now bounced. Now they are asking me to file a case and refuse to return my money. I also have videos of them talking about getting their money back. There is more evidence than that.
