I have signed a agreement for my CANADA PR application with Pear Visa Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. as in my agreement was made in the pandemic, 2020 and there are no norms or policies regarding COVID-19.
I require money for my mother’s eyes surgery, and therefore, I would like to withdraw from my Canada PR application. I humbly request you to refund the deposit amount to the PearVisa consultancy services for my Canada PR application.
The agreement which was made between Pearvisa and me was in the pandemic, and there are no norms and policy are written in the agreement for COVID-19. The IRCC, the Canadian government has reviewed and revised their policy in the light of COVID-19.
I have been in darkness by my previous case manager, Ms. Shruti, that the express entry will not be held in 2021. If a consultancy service did not know or the case manager was not aware of the news, why did I pay such an amount for the services?
Therefore, I again humbly requested to the Pear Visa to review the norms and policy and make a refund to me. but no one giving me good response regarding my matter. they are just trying to waste my time. I want my refund of 68, 000 INR which i gave to Pear Visa for my Canada PR application.
