My father Dr. Prakashbhai Gor purchased a membership and applied for renewal of the same. One of your employees did fraud to him and took all the money my father paid for the renewal. We contacted many employees of the firm to get help from them such as Sarang Deshpandey and Ravishankar Upadhyay. We mailed several times. But every time we only got system generated mail. We didn’t get any help from anybody. We are highly disappointed with their service and criticize it. I have all the proofs for everything I have said above. Even I have more proofs than I attached here which I couldn’t share because of format restriction. I can share that too if required. If Sterling Holidays really cares and they help even now, it would be like applying ointment to our wounds. So I would like to request them again to look into this matter and solve our problems.
