I have been sold membership on 12.06.2018 by mr. Sajid and mr. Ramesh and they have given all the false statements just to sell their plan. We have asked them to give in written everything they were telling but they told that you will receive all terms and conditions in your kit but i haven’t received any kit.
They have sold me plan for rs. 41, 500/- for 5 years (Including 15 bonus day nights), now no one is picking calls
Senior person mr. Ramesh not picking call .
I had taken membership in my wife name = Neha Tiwari CCH NO. 557. Request you to please get the full refund (Rs.41, 500, /-) since i have not used any services from the company.
I have tried contacting them multiple times but of no use. Because booking team
number is not reachable, mr. Ramesh not picking calls. I don’t have so much time that daily i call them to get the booking done as if they are doing any favor.
Please let me know in case any other detail is required.
