With Aga Holidays (Anshumann), i tried to book Sri Lanka trip (Trip ID: 8447369) in January, but due to Covid, we have reschedule it, thus received a credit note for the same, which can be used till July 2022. Now, i have planned a Nainital trip with Aga Holidays, they are using you cant use the credit not amount (18000) against the travel amount (22, 400).
Request you to look into this issue.
