Dear Folks,
Please don’t fall into the trap of Star Cargo’s cheap or affordable logistics rates compared to other logitics available in Singapore. Such a worst logistcs company in Little India, Singapore.
I had used their service via my friend and I couriered 15 items from Singapore to Chennai in year 2021. One of the item is packed with transparent product wrapping plastic. And not sure who took it either logistics guys or in customs department. The Star cargo staffs are not even regretting or taking responsibility for our loss.
I have received one item after 3 months and 11 more items on the 5 month. And one item was not delievered. I kept calling to Singapore office and catching those ass holes and enquiring about the missing items was so difficult.
Different people pick the phone and simply say “we will inform the owner”.
One guy named Mustaq, he is such an [censored] and shout at me and said “don’t call us during busy work hours and call in the evening after 8pm”. After 8pm no one will lift the phone.
Irrespective of the delayed delivery, the items kept inside the carton boxes were broken and damaged due to improper handling. I have explicity written it as “electronics please handle with care”. They told me, it will be well taken care during transport.
Nearly 10 months I was chasing them and spent more money in overseas call to equire and ask for the refund. Still they haven’t found my missing parcel.
Finally after 10 months of struggle, they agreed for refund of 50% of the product price of the missing item.
