I am complaining about a person registered on justdial because I got his number from just dial to purchase the ticket. He is working in skyline overseas and his name is Feroz Khan. I was about to purchase a ticket for my wife and he demanded 20 thousand advance which we provided and he make booking but then I cancelled the plan so he said I will deduct 2 thousand and 18 thousand I will return. But nice nearly 10 days he is not returning. Today I called him and when i said that I will file and complaint against you then he abused me and cut the call. Immediately he called my wife and said that your husband abused me.
We paid him because we trust on just dial but we did not know such kind of fraud people like Feroz Khan are also on just dial. He is making different excuses since last 9-10 days like I am sick, I dont have money, i dont have person to send to bank, will send after half hour, one hour, evening and so on.
Why he abused to the customer? He is not returning my money and also abusing? and then blaming customer?why? Please take a strong action against him.
Please take action against him and recover my money 20 thousand indain rupees.
