I and my wife got call from company name fares daddy holidays p ltd for membership understanding at saturday 14.12.19 at binori hotel thaltej ahmedabad to attend meeting and dinner when we go there their team has explain us about membership and during 1 hour meeting they have totally hypnotize us and conveyed us to get membership and than i have paid rs 40000 through my sbi credit card and than after dinner they have also confirmed to give complementary holiday voucher offer for udaipur or goa hence next day i have inquire about company on sunday on website but i found that they have made fraud with so many customers as customer put review that company is not giving any flight ticket nor giving any hotel stay voucher so i went to fares daddy holidays ahmedabad office a-706 mondol heights nr novotel hotel and found that the person who has deal with us is sales person and no responsible person available and one lady namrata told me that we will give flight and other details after 1 or 2 month so i have asked for cancelling my membership and ask for refund amount of rs 40000 so they are saying that our ho from haryana will provide refund after review so i have ask sales person kapil whom i have deal to come and he has given me confirmation letter on leterpad that payment will be received of rs 35000 in 30 to 45 days but i still doubt so i take help of police and called on 100 number and police come at their office and ask their office sales staff mr kapil and mr gaurav arora to come to police station and taken return confirmation that they will release payment within 15 days before 1st january but still i doubt that they will not give refund so i want money back urgently as company is not having any legal documents at ahmedabad office so please help me for the same as they are not giving any flight or hotel tickets neither giving my money back refund
