Inspired Livving Technologies Private Limited is cheated my hard earned money. I wish to your kind notice that during the month of November’2020, one Mr. Mohan contacted me to offer my above flat for rental purpose. After understanding the SOP as explained to me, I agreed to offer my flat for the purpose and as advised by him, I transferred Rs.25000/- on 19.11.2020 through Google Pay (towards booking amount) and thereafter Rs. 1, 57, 000/- on 20.11.2020 (towards the cost of furniture to be provided in the flat) through RTGS as detailed below:
However, due to COVID-19 situation, the agreement could not be executed till April’21and on 08.05.2021, through email to Mr. Mohan, I requested for cancellation of my offer which was accepted vide email dated 11.05.2021. After repeated reminders, I received a letter on 02.08.2021 from Livvehomes, accepting my request for cancellation and assuring me of refund of the amount of
Rs.1, 82, 000/- (Rs.25000/-+Rs.1, 57, 000) within 15 working days.
I kept following up through mails to various email Ids as provided by Mr. Mohan and also whatsapp messages to various mobile Nos. obtained from website of Livvehomes. During the month of September’2021 one Mr. Aditya responded to my whatsapp message and as a result of his efforts, on 06.10.2021 I received refund of Rs.25000/- and he assured me that the remaining amount of Rs.1, 57, 000/- will be sent within next two working days. I kept following up through emails & messages but there was no response till 16.12.2021 when I received an email from livvehomes stating that within next 15 days I will get the refund of balance amount .
Today it is almost a month, again there is silence and I am waiting for refund of my hard earned money. No one is responding to my mails or messages.
In view of the above, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me resolve the issue and get refund of Rs.1, 57, 000/- without any further delay. Look forward to your prompt action.
