Fluto Holidays is Horrible Agency, Total Fraud. Will Not Recommend It To Ny Enemy Also.
We booked for Kasol Kheerganga trek for 4 days 20 days in advance 1) First they booked wrong dates, then when asked to correct it , they took almost a week. Till then we were not able to book our flights which were getting expensive each day. 2) On the day of our bus, we were told wrong booking is made. Instead of Bus to Manali..we were booked for Shimla. When we complaint to Esteemed Mr Sanjeev Rathi, he was very rude and arrogant and not accepting his mistakes and gave dhamki that he ll cancell all the trip booking that too at last minute when we had already reached Delhi 3) they booked us on other bus(which we only had arranged by contacting many people) but that was 5 hours late…which made us reach kasol late evening the next day. 4) the complimentary taxi pick up and drop to hotel in kasol was a Scam. They took money from us during booking…but when we reached there we had to pay again from our pockets. Fluto Holidays staff literally stopped answering our calls and even blocked us. 5) 5 other people who had booked from them had similar issue. DONT BOOK FROM THEM. IF YOU WANT HEADACHE,LAST MOMENT CANCELLATION, FAKE COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES AND JUST FRUSTRATED START TO YOUR TRIP THEN BOOK FROM HERE. utterly disappointed and FRAUD and No value for money. We wasted our booking amount. Usse acha we could have managed our trip ourselves which in the end we only were managing. Negative star rating for these people

Very bad experience. Not delivered things promised in package and package is also costly. Felt just by booking a cab driver things will be done seeing what fluto has done in our kerela trip
Worst travel agent ever..!! They just took the money but not did booking anywhere, not included anything in our package.. we suffering a lot because of this fool people.. and we are filling cyber complaint against this agent
ONE OF THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!!
I had booked this agency for 4 senior citizens. They didn’t even book the hotel rooms in the hotels mentioned in the itinerary. The one that was booked (thank god they remembered) was stinky, unhygienic with dirty toilets.
They also told the driver to stop the car because we said that we will pay the last installment at the end of the trip. They left 4 senior citizens stranded on the road (when it was heavily raining) untill they paid the remaining 9k out of 60k. I mean what kind of treatment is this???
First of all you dont book the hotels, then when we say that untill you book the hotels we wont pay, then you make 4 senior citizens wait in the rain in the middle of nowhere and force them to pay.
Is this a way you treat your clients.
Dont get fooled by the good pictures posted on the website and social media. Never had seen somebody who is arranging travel for senior citizens in such a way.
