Planetspark looted us. they lured us to join the course and took almost 36000 and when we asked for refund they are not returning our money. they told if we dont want we can discontinue the course anytime and we get the money back to our account. Its been 6 months we discontinued the course. many calls and emails. even after that they are not returning our money. they say that we will get call in 2 days. everytime they say that. once they mentioned it is done. we will get the money back in few days in march. but that still did not happen. i am tired. i am not a working woman. my husband paid the money when i insisted. now me and my husband are having clashes because of planetspark. i am in lot of trauma.
Planet Spark No refund has been processed even though its part of T&C. My child only took 5 classes but she wasn’t comfortable so I decided to discontinue. As per the attached refund policy, they are supposed to process money for left classes but I still haven’t received any amount, and it’;s been 2 months now. They have no explanation whatsoever for the delay in the refund and I am tired of sending them emails. Their customer service is also pathetic and never gives proper response.
