Hi All,
I wanted to share this message across that Plan Overseas is a big fraud and scam company which takes money from individuals in the name of getting them jobs and immigrations and doesn’t provide them the promised services. Their caller representative name is Sanvi Singhal who just keeps saying that they are providing the services but they are doing nothing with no output delivered. They are violating the contract and not paying any refund out of it.
Respected All,
I would like to apologise for the comments that have been posted on https://www.consumerscam.in/ as I was not aware that one of my friends has posted these remarks using my gmail ID without my knowledge and I just got to know about it when the company (Plan Overseas) has reached out to me. I am trying to delete these reviews and comments but unfortunately there is no option to do it. Also, I tried reaching out to them using contact page and email ID but haven’t received any reply so far. I am still trying to remove these comments but unable to do so.
I am hoping that these get removed.

Hello Ms. Rinkle,
We have checked our database and we didn’t find your details. You are not registered with us so definitely it’s a fake review and bogus allegation. Posting fake reviews on social platform does not take much of an individual’s time, but sometimes there might be repercussions that one may not like/appreciate. It is suggested that you start respecting sanctity of profession and if the sole intention here is anything else except defaming our organization then suggest you to reveal your true identity and reach out at grievance@planoverseas.in so we could resolve genuine grievance, if it exists!
Thank You,
Team Plan Overseas
An organisation with make fake promises, and no customer support. Here are few instances from my experience:
1. It’s been already 2 months, and even after several requests to their client service manager Kabir Ahuja, Plan overseas never provided me with a customer copy of the service legal agreement contract for the 39999/- that I paid as a signup fee. Rather Kabir showed frustration with follow up
2. On my profile evaluation for Product owner roles in Canada, they mentioned there were 691 matching roles, and it was mentioned they will make applications every week, but so far in 6 weeks since the agreement, they have shared my cv with only 20 emails, and have not heard back from any one of them yet.
3. Earlier it was mentioned to me that the contract will be only for 45 days. Upon receiving it, I asked to update it, which was agreed upon by Kabir Ahuja but it was never updated.
4. There was never an upfront communication/ update from Kabir Ahuja. On my request for an update every week, he showed frustration and non-cooperation.
5. He denied my request to communicate with the application team or any other person, in the organisation who could have assisted me in tailoring my profile. He also denied my requests for video call meetings.
6. To widen my scope of job search, I tried to help them by offering to assist me in making applications for Business Analyst and Scrum master in addition to Product owner roles, which was never executed, even after 4 weeks of my request.
TO WHOM SO EVER it may concern (specially the reviewers/ readers), we would like to confirm that Mr. Binay Pradhan happens to be one of our clients and such a rare individual in his own unique ways. Please care to read full reply for the facts and details along with the supporting documents attached.
Hello Mr. Binay,
It is such a delight to finally discover that you exist and nothing terrible has happened to you especially after you shunned all possible ways of communications; with our client representative/ POC/grievance team right after a single call wherein you had different opinions for the process.
Once the walkthrough of the process was done, it all seemed so easy and smooth for you until the point payment part was involved. Nobody forced you into the enrolment, you made your own choice and once it was done, you simply wanted super quick results within the period of less than a month which is actually too soon to even conclude on the end results and hence it could have been never manifested the way you wished/ planned. You were provided with the CAP login credentials on 1st February 2023 after sharing your profile with prospective employers/agencies and on 17th February 2023 you started asking for refund stating you have not received the services! You claim to get an opportunity in the overseas in 15 days! Up to your disappointment, things never happen overnight and they do take time. You never responded to efforts made for communication, from our POC/client representative or even the grievance head over the call/WhatsApp/mailers ( https://prnt.sc/RxexadUaZOzg ). Even after you had that hot talk with your consultant and you threatened to defame us on social platforms if we do not refund your money, we continued your services and again applied for the opportunities on 22nd February 2023 and the same was updated to you over the mail ( https://prnt.sc/Z-JVTmbMciVR ) as you were not answering our calls. Just to take out your frustration, you tried defaming us on a different platform to which enough and apt response with proofs had been produced. Attaching here, the response made against each and every baseless comment/allegation made. No organization is going to work on your mood. One day you decide to take the service & after taking a month of service you start asking for refund and start threatening to defame us on social media if things doesn’t go as you want them to!
Hopefully you must be doing something in your life to respect and understand that professionals who have groomed their skills and expertise to reach at a point where clients develop complete trust and faith over the process deserve at least the acknowledgement for saving your time and efforts, avoiding your hustle finding the correct routing options. But again you made some very serious allegations on our firm to the point that they could not be resolved just through the dialogues hence the legal notice was also sent out to you. A copy of which is attached here for reference.

You guys are right, Plan overseas is a big scam for sure.

They are a big scam, these fraudsters even changed the password of the shared google account which was created to assist me in job search
Mr. Binay,
Access of your created account was only revoked once you made serious allegations against us. The account created for you was to maintain the transparency and keep you posted with all the updates.
The revocation of account was to ensure that the service details included are not tampered and well maintained as well to make our stand clear on provided services once we advance with legal formalities/ justify our organization on platform like these. It was not an open source for an individual who is indulged in defaming our organization to keep enjoying the marketing access and privileges. As per you only 20 mailers were dropped that too on non-established mail recipients, so technically the access revoke should not be bothering you. In the event that you mentioned that the mail recipients were not authentic, gets established, we would be providing you with official apology, full refund of the service amount along with any subsequent consequence including loss of business.
Thank You,

Guys the only people who can provide you overseas jobs are recruitment agencies registered with protector general of emigrants. Unfortunately, most public is not aware about it and fall prey to Indian immigration agencies offering overseas jobs. These agencies often employ corrupt immigration lawyers to threaten everyone posting bad reviews. They will send you a legal notice demanding lacs of compensation for defamation for posting a bad review. I also also defrauded by a company in a similar way. You want to know other unauthorized companies which are offering overseas jobs? Search bad reviews and consumer complaints for Radvision Consultancy, Foresee Immigration, WVP International, Universal Adviser Immigration, Y Axis’s Job Search Service, etc. You need to hire either a consumer court lawyer or a criminal lawyer. File complaint under IPC section 420 Cheating and section 406 Criminal Breach of Trust. Also, write a complaint letter to protector of emigrants Delhi or protector general of emigrants. Get connected with lawyers through pathlegal and lawrato.
Hello Ms. Mansi,
The bad experience you had with the other firm is regretted and appreciate your knowledge regarding the organizations those are unauthorized; one must be aware. As you mentioned earlier, that firms try to threaten people through bogus notice but it is believed that you already know that customers have N number of platforms to voice their concerns/genuine grievance but for some individuals it is totally the other way round. Not every review turns out be true and authentic, and people like such spread baseless allegations just by enjoying a little network bandwidth and platform access. There are various platforms/forums/helplines for a consumer in India but unfortunately none for an organization. But NOT ALL THE RIGHTS AND LAWS ARE CONSERVED FOR CONSUMERS ONLY. In the event of such defamation, any organization has not much of the options left but to prove their stand legally.
But as you don’t have any association with our firm so before trying to help individuals, please ensure that you are only led with the true facts and details. Supporting something which is false and incorrect makes you equally engaged in the same manner. As a responsible individual request you to refrain from indulging yourself in such activities.
Thank You,

In a nutshell, I would like to mention about plan overseas:
In emails and calls, it was communicated to me that the service fee of 39999/- is for cv edits, profile marketing, profile shortlisting, interview assistance, offer, and visas. But during my tenure, they haven’t made a single job application on job application links. They have only sent a few emails on email ids which don’t look professional as most of them are Gmail addresses and I haven’t received a single response from any of those as well. As you can see, out of all promised services, they haven’t provided me with even the slightest of services they promised before charging with the service fee.
Mr. Binay,
Request you to have a reality check and compare the services provided in such a package. We always maintain Customer over comfort policy and we never compromise on our deliverables. We also happen to maintain a proud base of customers (consisting of so many skilled professionals) who were not only guided but also received the most satisfactory services as well. Suggest you to stop spreading rumors and your frustration and be productive enough to engage in providing dependable feedback. Last but not the least, for such a truthful person that you are, suggest you to accept the notice sent and if you would be establishing the allegations made claiming you have not been given with the services, we assure full refund of the service amount.

How to defend defamation suit against Plan Overseas?
1) Lack of authorization by the Canadian government:- Anyone charging you a fee or receiving any other type of payment should be an “authorized” representative (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act as per the Canadian laws). Only the following can be authorized representatives:
a) Lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society
b) Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québecand
c) Citizenship or immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council(ICCRC)
Every year, thousands of applicants fall victim to unscrupulous and unauthorized immigration agents. The most common modus operandi involves these agents showing themselves as “Unpaid/family or friend” representative. These immigration frauds are very rampant in India and result in hundreds of immigration applications being banned for a period of 5 years on count of “Misrepresentation” of information or documentation.
Consequences of hiring unauthorized representatives:
https://www.cicnews.com/2023/04/indian-students-facing-deportation-from-canada-due-to-fake-admission-offer-letters-0434570.html
(Hiring an unauthorized representative, instead of an RISIA (Regulated International Student Immigration Adviser), resulting in deportation of Indian students.)
https://www.canlii.org/en/ca/fct/doc/2020/2020fc815/2020fc815.html?searchUrlHash=AAAAAQAR
(An applicant, in Ghana, directly or indirectly misrepresented or withheld a material fact
relating to a relevant matter as she failed to disclose the use of an undeclared and
unauthorized representative in the preparation of her application. This resulted in her visa
refusal as well as an immigration ban.)
2) Lack of authorization by the Indian government: In the Indian law, as per the Emigration Act of 1981, people who provide overseas jobs are required to be registered with Protector General of Emigrants in the Ministry of External Affairs. Any consultant who promises to provide the same without taking authorization is violating this law.
These two emails (https://prnt.sc/Z-JVTmbMciVR) and (https://prnt.sc/sQ6q7KA8bJdF) predominantly and prima facie show that Plan Overseas is acting as a recruiting agent without having the authorization to do so.
Case Study: M.D.K. Immigration Consultant vs Union Of India And Others on 9 July, 1999
By issuing advertisement (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has violated Sections 10 and 16 of the Emigration Act, 1983.
The petitioner is doing consultancy business only and it is not engaged in business of recruitment.
In our view, by reading the advertisement (Annexure P. 1) any person of ordinary prudence will get attracted with the promise made by the petitioner regarding the post employment facilities in a foreign country. Therefore, we are prima facie satisfied that the petitioner had given the advertisement as a recruiting agent.
Section 10 of the Act prohibits any person from acting as a recruiting agent without a valid certificate and in view of the admitted fact that the petitioner does not possess such certificate, it will be deemed to have issued the advertisement in contravention of Section 10 of the Act.
It will also lead to fleecing of innocent people who are lured with the prospects of job in foreign countries.
Before parting with the case, we may take judicial notice of the wide spread malaise of illegal immigration and the exploitation of young ones by unauthorised recruiting agents.
Hello Mr. Anish
Thanks for sharing the valuable global update on the plight of people, especially students who have faced dire consequences for not choosing wisely while planning their immigration/ selecting the global opportunity, but we would rather be concentrating on the line of business and not something which we don’t deal with. There could be so many related wrongful cases involving immigration all across; for individuals or even organizations and we believe if we start an open discussion on the same, it would mean creating a separate forum that would attract documentation of N number of experiences from individuals and client stories from organizations too. So in the interest of time and benefit of our clients, will be highlighting relevant facts only.
A. The point of difference in comprehending the services offered in the process mailer cannot be categorized into something called “created with an intent of providing an impression” of being a recruiting agent. Unfortunately you have been mistaken as the screenshot you were referring to, is the confirmatory mailer of successful profile creation in the job bank for the specific country. Like we mentioned earlier we study the market for the opportunities and highlight profiles.
B. Regarding the post-employment facilities quoted, it is not to lure individuals rather to educate about the privileges that come along with the opportunities.
C. The Emigration Act 1983, requires that those who wish to recruit Indian citizens for employment abroad shall register themselves with the Protector General of Emigrants. Plan Overseas never impersonates to be the representatives of any such Canadian recruiter looking out for skilled individuals of Indian origin. Rather we maximize the possibility of grabbing the attention of highly rewarding global opportunities and for doing the same we don’t need any license and neither do we charge/expect commission from our clients.
Elaboration: Why any license not required for profile marketing
Explaining Express Entry program: Visa and Immigration consultant provides assistance for express entry aspirants (PR Processing) and if the CRS score of the individual is not up to the required threshold then in order to achieve that if the same individual acquires Canadian job offer then 50-200 extra points are also added for the person which in turn helps in visa clearance. In order to facilitate that every other visa consultancy provides job assistance only. Whenever any visa consultancy firm is providing assistance for job that does not imply the firm is luring people in the name of job by enacting as Canadian recruiter. This is a legit flow of the process
THIS IS NOT FORMULATED BY PLAN OVERSEAS RATHER IT HAS BEEN OUTLINED BY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT.
Knowledge Byte:
There are other programs in various countries also that requires profile marketing/ visa assistance like
In UK as a program named skilled worker visa
In Canada Global Talent stream, Global skills strategy, International Mobility program, IEC etc
Thank you

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate issued to them is a fraud document. Neither GBQAC nor QPAC has been associated with International Accreditation Forum (IAF).
Unaccredited ISO Certificates – where an unaccredited third party completes an audit and provides a certificate
In order to try and stem the proliferation of fake certificates, the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) has now published a global database for accredited management system certifications called CERT Search.
https://www.iafcertsearch.org/
Enter the “Company Name” or “Certificate Number” and the results will allow you to verify the status of a certificate.
If you wish to report an organization that is falsely claiming to be certified to an ISO management system standard, you can send an email MSSComplaints@iso.org with full details of the issue.
Well it’s time for real quick knowledge upgradation here, as the ISO certificate is 100% authentic. It certainly holds good and is open for any further verification (Online/offline)

You people will find a lot of 9001:2015 ISO certified agencies in the illegal agencies list of MEA:
https://emigrate.gov.in/ext/static/ConsolidatedListOfIllegalAgentsOperatingInStates.pdf
Their modus operandi seems to be:
1) sales team overcommits for everything.
2) victims, based on assurances of sales team, pay upfront fees and signs the contract.
3) victims realize no outcome possible in the process after paying hefty fees. So they ask for refund. The company refuses saying they have provided “satisfactory” services to you.
4) frustrated clients post negative reviews.
5) legal team starts malicious prosecution.
As per Canadian laws, recruitment agencies do not charge money from job seekers as they get their fees directly from the employers.
The Emigration Bill of 2021 if comes into force may help prevent such scams in the future.
After careful observation your modus operandi seems to be
A. First creating a stir in the people’s mind so they start doubting being in a confused state, if they made the right decision with limited knowledge
B. Trying to emerge as an individual who is aware of global wrongful cases with some experience too and who could lead ways for sabotaging company’s rapport without legit reason
Final conclusion on the intention here, could not be withdrawn but here is a declaration from our end that you are not a registered client.
Thank you

Miss advocate Pooja Arora, with all due respect, two things:
1) “There are other programs in various countries also that requires profile marketing/ visa assistance like
In UK as a program named skilled worker visa
In Canada Global Talent stream, Global skills strategy, International Mobility program, IEC etc”
For any kind of immigration advice or services to any kind of immigration program in these countries, people with proper licencing of the respective countries only are allowed to accept fees.
The bigger problem is that the immigration laws of those countries are not applicable in India which your clients are exploiting to their benefit towards unsuspecting clients.
2) The email said “we have received 25 vacancies … ”
This prima facie evidence that your client was acting as a recruiting agent. Who gave your client the authority to accept vacancies on behalf of international employers?
Mr. Anish,
Social platform is ideally not the place I personally would recommend for any justification, yet as you raised your concern, providing you here with the better insight of the process and I believe your prima facie would be proven false.
1. Its again quite repetitive but allow me to reiterate what my client already mentioned:
In India for any visa/immigration consultation one needs no license. This is purely skill based business. Hence my client has all the rights to entertain individuals seeking immigration guidance.
If you have any grievances/ queries with respect to source of receiving information about vacancies, my client has dedicated department for the same so you better approach them.
So here the bigger problem is that individuals like you with no understanding of the process only try to influence the crowd’s opinion with some ulterior motive.
Whatever is your problem/concern, instead of blabbering and stretching things here, better connect directly with the Grievance team/ me. Would be happy to assist`
Regarding your views on anonymity: the people in the immigration industry hate anonymity only because it does not suit their business needs. Many people are afraid to post their experiences using real identity due to the fear of loss of their reputation in the society, and among family, friends and colleagues. The concept of reputation does not exist only for immigration brands like yourselves.
If you knew the identity of everyone who expresses their honest opinions without being your clients as we had exactly similar experiences in the past, you might start harassing/exploiting/abusing/blackmailing us of alleged legal consequences.
I have come across so many reputed and unlicenced immigration brands exploiting clients using crooked legal agreements. I have never seen even once that they acknowledge their mistakes because they never make any mistakes. (Just see the responses to the negative reviews of any of these so called reputed immigration brands).
Conclusion:
Job assistance or job search services is being provided by Y axis for the past one decade. Here are the complaints regarding that:
https://www.consumercomplaints.in/y-axis-overseas-careers-product-misselling-of-uk-job-seeking-visa-service-by-vineet-kamble-c3332818
https://www.consumercomplaints.in/y-axis-overseas-careers-job-assistance-services-uk-skilled-worker-visa-invoice-solution-70962-c3319487

https://m.mouthshut.com/review/Y-Axis-Overseas-Hyderabad-review-ltsqtqrqslp
You can see the dissatisfaction of the clients who have availed such services. However, at least in the case of Y axis, they are not filing defamation suits against such clients, and taking accountability and responsibility by offering refunds, even if partially.
