BEWARE! Its completely a FRAUD Company. Actually Traveltriangle just sells Leads to local Travel Agents. These local travel agents are not professional and there motto is just to make money without delivering quality service. And the worst part is that Travel Triangle used to take their agents side, they dont listen to their customers over agents. First, They chase you madly but just after making payment there is no response from them.
I booked my trip from them and my local agent was TRAVELS TEACH. After Booking, due to certain reason I asked them to change my resort. They give me other options. but after choosing another one, they were not ready to change and ask me to cancel the trip and said full refund will be made within 24 hrs. I was Ok for it. But When I dont get any refund after 2-3 days I tried to contact them again. But they neither take my calls nor replied my messages. Then I mailed Traveltriangle and travel teach regarding the issue. Then one of the representative called me and said full refund is not possible and around 25% will be refunded very next morning. again they did not responded for 7 days. and after many mails and calls they said you have to paid 5, 000 rupees more for cancellation charge otherwise legal action will be taken against me. whatsapp and mail conversation is attached herein. This is how this company treats its customers.
So, I aware you all please do not book with them if you dont want to get cheated.
