I am from Delhi. I had registered with Canadawale.com, immigration consultancy in Lajpat nagar(Delhi). In 2020 February, I submitted the amount Rs.30000(Thirty thousand) as an installment for processing my PR card for canada. I was very sure that I would get a good help from these people. They told me initially that you take your IELTS and if you gets 6 band minimum then we can apply for PNP and if you get 87777 then would apply for Express entry program. But after submitting my fee they were not focused on me and I had to call them each time. Most of the time they didnt pick my call and pretended like they were very busy. Anyway I took my IELTS in July and got the 6.5 band more than they said. But they refused to apply for any program by saying that I may not get ITA. They suggested me to again reappear for the IELTS. I got frustrated Still I took it in January 2021. Unfortunately this time again I got the same 6.5 band. I told them please apply for PNP atleast but they went to Inactive mode and waited my 1 year to expire. As it expires, the person named Dinish Bajaj told me that they missed my agreement with them which was sent to me through email, can you believe that ? so as a result I had to provide them. Fortunately I asked them initially to send the agreement stating my fee submission, otherwise they would have stopped entertaining me. Since my file was not put up anywhere I asked to reurn my amount deposited. But these thugs refused to send me back a single penny. I told them that I would file a case against you but he said do whatever you want. that so terrible for me. Please dont go there for any consultancy they only thug you in the name of professionalism…they are crooks.
