I think first step immigration is a fraud. Couple of years ago i applied and registered for quebec. They took the registration fees, around 25000 + tax (I have a bank statement). Till date there is no update from them. I provided every document they asked for. They have done fraud with me. I called several times and sent a text messages but no response from their side.
