I am writing this in regards to the refund request I made to Abhinav Immigration services. First of all in this email I want to honestly make it clear that I still definitely like the services of Abhinav and they are real agents to deal with immigration as I can see this through my friends successful immigration. Due to this reason I thought of joining this agency for my Canada immigration during Initial months of 2021 (during covid pandemic). I paid 64900 as a consultancy fee & myself started the process of WES registration. But just within few days there is a sudden unfortunate event happened in my family and I lost my Auncle due to Covid-19. I was shattered and wanted to cancel my Canada plan atleast for next few years. I was certain that we haven’t started any actual process as of now as I was going to apply for WES, so I requested Abhinav to refund my amount (INR 64900) immediately. From the day one till today I keep on following & requesting them to refund my hard earned amount as It should not bother them a lot as we are yet to start any process as of now. I got just one reply that they would not refund my amount as I already filled up the application with them. I can understand that I would have no way asked for a refund if my process would have already started & if we are in mid stage. I even wanted to assure that I will be contacting Abhinav again after next few years in case I plan for my Canada process once the situation becomes normal. As of now I am also in an urgent need of monetary help & I would definitely not pay for a service which I have not taken as I hope this is not gambling. This is a fee for a process/service I am paying as a client to this agency. The money is mine & nobody can keep with no reasons just to raise funds. Please do understand & help me in getting my refund. I am still following up with multiple emails but all in vain. All in one, I do not want to make this further ugly & just need my amount I paid, nothing less nothing more. Thanks!
