My name is sreejith k, happened to search for foresee’s till date performance bcos i had forced to face same kind of cheating from foresee, one of their staff had contacted us and told about the visa process and facilities but till my initial fee payment of consultant fee they were not communicated about the hong kong rules about the fixed bank account requirement and fixed asset details, after my payment they had shooted us a mail saying about the bank balance requirement and fixed asset requirements, but unfortunately we were not in a position to show the bank balance and when i said about the same they had started forcing us to arrange the money, and said that they will not refund the money which i paid again said will refund if my candidature fails at any stage of recruitment process, as per my knowledge as am not meeting the basic requirement that is savings account balance and fixed asset, my candidature stands incompetent and my cant be able to proceed further. But till date they respective agency is not willing to repay my money.
Recently i met an advocate as per his suggestion i am planning to shoot a mail to respective authorities in hong kong and canada with all the proof such as mail communications and voice recordings of discussions and want to give a clear cut picture about this agency also planning to file a case against this agency through few our government agencies.
I had collected few documents from different people who had already cheated by this agency and few currently working in canada and hong kong (They migrated through other agency but initially cheated by foresee) are agreed to provide me few details too…
If any one having any supporting documents then pls share with me.
