I am working as a private school teacher for the past 19yrs. For a better job opportunity i registered with job sites. The foresee immigration consultancy services pvt. Ltd. Delhi contacted me, offered job opportunity in hong kong. The consultancy kept calling me offering the visa. We were forced to pay an amount of 47200 as service charge. We were told the amount would be refundable at any time (By telephonic conversation with harsha). They also assured me the qmas visa was easy to access. Only after paying the amount they were ready to give us the list of documents which were needed for qmas visa. Most of the documents listed was very difficult to put in to practical. Each time after submitting the documents they listed a new set of documents which was very difficult for us to process. As i had to collect a job reference letter from the institution that i was working at this time, terminated me from the job. And i am in financial crisis. Taking these reasons in to consideration i decided to drop the idea. Several times we requested the company to refund the amount after deducting the service tax which was offered by harsha, the consultant contacting me on behalf of the company. We made many telephonic conversations and e mails requesting to refund the amount. Each time they said they would speak to the concerned authority to settle. But now they say the amount is not refundable. We are very badly affected by the flood and we are in need of money. May i kindly request to do the necessary to help us receive our hard earned money.
