I have applied for the canadian pr through nationwide visas in july 2019.
The first meeting i had with bhavish and prince, i was told that immigration to canada is a simple process which takes around 6 months time. Also, as per them i was told that i am eligible for both express entry program and pnps. All i need to do is clear ielets with overall band 7 and get wes done.
In the first attempt wes got cleared and ielets score was 7 as well. Express entry was also filed. As per the meeting in first go, i should have received the visa.
However, i still have not get the ita. On talking to case managers (Pranshu and meenu digga), the express entry scores are not appropriate and pnps are not open yet. If there was some scores constraint, i should have been informed in the first go regarding the chances of immigration and time it will consume.
Now my point is that either i should get a visa within 1 or 2 months (Not only ita) or i need my money back including nationwide fees, wes, ielets fees twice as this is of no use for me if i do not get a visa.
