I am writing this email to show my inconvenience to continue with your services. I did not receive any benefit from your services as promised by you and your company. Your salesperson has promised us that your services would be providing us with 8-10 inquiries on daily basis, however we have not received more than 6 or 7 inquiries in this whole time period of 3-4 months or since we have enrolled with you, and also these 6-7 inquiries that we had received were not worthy enough and have not contributed anything to improve our business.
Now when we are calling your representative, he is not resolving our issue and says that he has left just dial now. This comes to us as pure harassment.
We are completely dissatisfied with your services and just don’t want to be a part of just dial family anymore.
Kindly delete or remove our account from just dial.
Or kindly provide us with the entire process that we can follow to remove or stop this account.
