It’s absolutely fraud. Intrest slabs will change automatically and even if you ask for a renewal or repledge they won’t be allowed you to do so. For again release they won’t provide the jewels easily. They will tell that it can be done immediately but they will take long time and response will be very worst. After seeing this review please dont have second thought. Kindly you can pledge the jewels which in local banks or local company, since they’re not online based. Their bank is also not opened to pay the amount and they will inform crona covid 19 as reason.

3.EVEN THEY WONT PROVIDE RENEWAL OPTIONS OR REPLEDGE OPTIONS, SIMPLY THEY WILL TELL CORONA AS A REASON AND YOU WILL BE ENDING UP PAYING DOUBLE THE INTREST CHARGES.I HAD STRUGGLED AROUND 4 MONTHS AND FINALLY GOT IT WITH PAYING DOUBLE INTREST CHARGES.
4.FIRST THEY WILL APPROACH VERY SWEET AND SMART AND THEY WILL SHOW THEIR REAL FACES LATER.

6.I’M GOING TO RAISE A COMPLAIN TO RBI, SINCE THE LOCKDOWN THEY DIDNT ALLOWED FOR RENEWAL OR REPLEDGE BUT THE SLAB RATE INCREASED DOUBLE THE INTREST CHARGES AUTOMATICALLY WITHOUT PROVIDING ALTERNATIVE WAY.YOU HAVE TO WAIT TO RELAESE YOUR JEWEL UNTIL THIRD PARTY BANK IS OPERATABLE. SO DONT PLUDGE HERE AND YOU WILL BE PAYING DOUBLE INTREST AS WELL PRESURE TOO.
7.THE WORST PART IS, I WAS WORRIED WHETHER GOLD WILL BE RETURNED OR NOT EVEN AFTER PAID THE FULL AMOUNT.SO THAT MUCH OF EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE PROVIDED.
8.BETTER CHECK FOR LOCAL OR GOVT BANKS WHO ARE PROVIDING INTREST CHARGES AT 7% HERE I ENDED UP PAYING 17% FOR THE SECURED LOAN.
I HAD ENDED UP PAYING 25K INTREST INSTEAD OF 12K. MOST DANGEROUS AND FRAUD BANK.

Yes indeed, truly a fraud company. Dont fall for these fraudsters Even my gold is trapped. They dont even call. I had pledged and forgotten to renew the loan, and when I called up, they said the gold is auctioned and when I went to the branch office in R.T. Nagar, their office was closed. The call center executive have been giving false promises that a call with the manager will be arranged, but no one has called up for the past 3 days. I am going to lodge a complaint today.

I took Loan on 31-5-2022 /1-6-2022 just few days back at the rate of 0.49%. Initially Rupeek Offered me at the same rate what they advertising and gave assurance at least for 6 month there will be no change in rate of interest irrespective of Repo base rate because they assured yours is high value transaction. Suddenly after few days when I check my app it shows 0.53% jumped. When I call to the customer care they says yours is 0.57%. They forcefully says to convert to higher rate as like others do in the market. Mine is high value transaction just only after 10 days they showed their real faces, No body is capable to solve the issues. As I informed them there should not be changes in terms & condition for months unless I default the payment. Now without informing and not taking any consent from myside they changed the Schemes where I didnt accept and not signed any documents.
still running the schemes at 0.49% by advertising and few executives of Rupeek informed they closed the schemes after raising my issues. However when I cross checked with the Rupeek executives still they are informing to the customers they provide at 0.49% only. Please do not believe those words. For the proof Im here by attaching the signed copy what they offered. Many documentary evidence I kept about their assurance and services. I request any Rupeek Head to solve the issues and close this. As Im not interested to explain your executives again and again. Many of them are not understanding the queries and unable to solve the issues.

1. They don’t have any branches anywhere its only online and door step service, just assume after taking loan if any issue raise whom do you contact? Customer care is useless they will not help they’ll simply hung up the call on face. bank where rupeek keep gold will not help because our point of contact is through rupeek. At the time of pledge rupeek person at bank or door step will not answer the call after pledge and they shuffle from 1 place to another place. They dont have branches to visit and talk directly like other gold loan companies, so its completely risky and unsafe to keep our gold with rupeek Don’t go by Google reviews it’s completely fake.
Am writing this review with very bad experience with rupeek from last 20 days even I contacted Founder & owner of rupeek Sumit Maniar he will not even see or care customer calls or emails. After 2nd call or mail rupeek staff will not respond. If you want your gold back should pay how much amount they demand.
