My complain is against Tata Capital Finance Ltd (Vesu, Surat-Gujarat).
I am an existing customer of Tata Capital Finance Ltd for Home Loan under PMAY Subsidy Scheme.
My Home Loan was disbursed in Dec-2018 (Acc No. 10542678), worth 17,35000/- at 11.30% of interest.
After continuing 24 months of of though installment I am still waiting for my PMAY subsidy worth around 2,67,000/-.
But to collect an interest of 2,67,000/- at 11.30% Tata Capital Finance Ltd has not submitted my subsidy documents to NHB or concern authorities until I have visited physically to branch more than thousands time to process my subsidy.
After all I have received a message from on 4th-June-2020 as “Dear Mr.Sangani Bhavinkumar Rameshbhai ,Your Application ID C0001529050 generated for PMAY(U)-CLSS. Please retain Application ID for status tracking on www.pmayuclap.gov.in”
Unfortunately after requesting all concerned authorities I am still not subsidized with my subsidy.
Straight inaccuracy of Tata Capital Finance Ltd we can assume here, so I request Tata Capital Finance Ltd to please reimburse my calculative lost and do the needful at least now when we all are suffering from financial crises due to pandemic, specially families like my a middleclass.
Thousands of existing customers of Tata Capital Finance Ltd from Surat are suffering from the same problem since more than 3 years to till date with our PMAY subsidy.
