Hi Team, for 2nd April I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Chennai for 7.30 am and I received a call from one of the driver saying the bus was cancelled and the provided me the alternate bus and they asked me to board at 9.30am .However the bus never came to the boarding point till 10.45am and when we reached to contact the person he was not responding properly and we had travel on my own because of this.Please check and refund my amount.
