.. a few weeks back I had shown interest in one of Godrej’s projects called Godrej woodland in Bangalore …After that one NRI executive, communicated with me along with another project person .. they had to demo me the project but never disclosed the legal dispute and litigation of the project .. the information was hidden to me .. also they ask 5 percent as the token amount from me which is almost 2.13 lakhs.
I paid the amount on the 14th of April, 2022 and after the next 10 days, no CRM intimation/ booking confirmation I have received.. in between that HDFC bank let me know that the loan is not possible due to a legal dispute and immediately I request cancellation of the plot. The whole incident kept a mark on my mind and I felt cheated.
They did this to me taking advantage of my NRI status. Never trust this company as they are very below average in my experience.
