I have booked flat in Godrej park retreat(GDPRF1403) pre launch day, 31st May 2022 by paying Rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount and total 3.12 lakh rs. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.Due to loan issue i’m not able to proceed, when I contacted Godrej park retreat to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (3.12 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.
Please assist to get refund of booking amount.
