I booked 2 tickets from Chennai to dindugal on 24/07/22. I simply received a call from Parveen travels no mail no other intimation the lady staff who called didn’t even bother to tell her name. She just called told me bus cancelled you can come to Parveen office for a refund. When I said I had to travel then only she offered a bus to Trichy. Reason for cancellation was not even shared. Thinking that they will extend the service that they offer and for which we pay it is cruel and irresponsible of the travels to cancel abruptly.action should be taken.
