We have made a shipment from Chennai(pudupet) to ngl on 27/10 but still we didn’t receive our material. Our transport cost is 6, 800. What’s our material status. No proper response from ngl office and Chennai office. Truly disappointed on this service. Teach your staffs how to deal with customer. Actually we are paying for you. But your staffs communication is like you are doing a free service. If I didn’t get reply for this mail I will go through for next step. Thank you.
