This is with reference to monthly commitment charges for client id OCPK/418 in the name of Lalit Kumar Khattar and I’m not received monthly commitment income of Rs. 21, 034/- per month since March 2020. In this regard company is not giving any reply for the same. Even OMAXE LIMITED has showing my income in my Form 26 AS commitment charges of Rs. 2, 80, 452/- for the period 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 and now I have to Income Tax on the un received income for FY 2020-21.
