Have taken membership from this company in 2019 all my freebies they have cancelled during to covid period due to 1 yr validity .
This time i had placed booking request in Aug, since 20days i am calling n mailing on daily basis for updates.Till date no response from their side.No care call on mailers.Everytime I want booking from them, never i get dates request nor Location requested.
They make excuses that properties are not available. Right now I want to book hotels in Nainital but they are saying that they don’t have any property except Jim Corbet .. always give excuse that Our property is inactive in all other locations.
Although they have added much number of hotels in their app and website
