Last year i requested Mayfair(Goa) resort which was mentioned on your website and also shown to me during buying this membership.
I got the same response as you have mentioned below( the property is not active). I was embarrassed to take my family to an under average and unhygienic hotel.(booked by CHIS)
This year also i got the same response from your team when i asked to book KK Royal, Jaipur.
I would have to ask my Advocate to see if this comes under section 420 IPC.
You have sold me this membership showing all these properties which are still active on your website and when i book it’s unavailable ( what is the use of this membership and your services)
Please ask your senior to give me a call when possible and this mail will be used in consumer court if required.
